You can walk in any time of day, grab some fitness, a big ol’ bunch of new skills and sneaky sprinkling of socialising - and you’ve got yourself a new way to get fit, trim, and best of all, have some fun while your doing it!

  • FITNESS / QUICKIE CLASSES.

    For those of you who don’t like training alone and require that extra bit of motivation to get through a session, Frame offers a number of classes catering for all abilities helping you tone up, build stamina, increase strength and manage your weight.   • PILATES CLASSES.

    You have read a bit about Pilates, you know Sharon Stone, Madonna and now even David Beckham claim they keep in shape doing pilates, but what is it all about? It is not all about lying around with middle aged women breathing, there is actually a physical side to it which really does change your body. At Frame we fit Pilates under the ‘Holistic’ exercise catagory because it is about the whole body, linking exercises to breath. It focuses on your core and aligning the the body.
