GOOD THINGS HAPPEN WHEN YOU MOVE YOUR FRAME

Instructors

DAN COOKE

What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

Come to my class and you can expect to sweat and work hard whilst being entertained by my vibrant personality and leaving feeling uplifted and inspired. I’ll challenge your body and motivate your mind to help you focus on achieving your best in class… And also drop dem tuuuunes!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I grew up in Brighton and started dancing at the age of four. At ten, I made like Billy Elliot and joined the Royal Ballet School as a Junior Associate. I then completed my professional theatre training at Performers College and I’ve worked extensively throughout the performing arts industry from stage to screen, across London’s West End as well as National and European Tours.

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

I have a plethora of foam rollers and balls which I always use to ease my aches and pains. I also do my best to meditate as often as I can. I love cooking so food and diet are really important to me too.

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

Working at frame has improved my stamina immensely which helps with auditions which can sometimes last hours. I really love coming out of class feeling better than when I walked in, working at Frame just does that to you.

Guilty pleasure?

Wine and whiskey, Gemma Collins and playing stupid games on my phone.
