1 HOUR OF CONTINUOUS CARDIO, 1 SET OF LIGHT WEIGHTS, 1 PUMPING SOUNDTRACK, 1 INCREDIBLY MOTIVATING INSTRUCTOR TO GET YOU THROUGH… AND 1 SUPER HOT BODY TO WALK OUT THE DOOR WITH!

A combination of continuous low impact cardio, interspersed with high energy intervals to lift your heart rate, boost your metabolism and shed fat. BODY BY FRAME uses light hand weights for added resistance, with innovative sequences designed to exhaust the muscles in a way that does not create bulk. Both the larger and the smaller supporting muscle groups will be worked in the class, ensuring a well-balanced, supple and strong body.

The class also includes a mobility and stretching segment working on elongating the spine and improving posture, encouraging you to hold your 'Frame' in the correct way, making you appear longer and leaner, but also reducing the risk of injury.

Think of BODY BY FRAME as an hour of complete indulgence for your body and mind, guaranteed to get those endorphins racing round the body! In the depth of Winter, who isn’t craving a big, fat serving of happiness?!

The classes will be taught by Frame’s team of top trainers, who come from a mix of dance, Pilates and fitness backgrounds, and have the ability to motivate just about anyone! So all you have to do is turn up, and leave the rest to us!

Look out for HOT BODY by FRAME classes on the timetable too. The same class, but in a heated room for additional sweat! The studio is heated but not HOT like in a Bikram yoga class. This means that the muscles will warm up faster, leading to big improvements in flexibility and suppleness.
