FAMILIES AT FRAME

Here at Frame we’re making it a little easier for those with little ankle biters to fit in their dance/yoga/Pilates class.

Frame Creche will be open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.30am to 11.30am. Open to kids from 3 months to 5 yrs, let your kids be left in good hands in the next-door room whilst you get an hour or so to yourself to fully go for it in whichever class you choose. We are putting on a number of mid-morning classes to coincide with creche times, so check out the timetable to see what floats your boat.

Kids will be entertained with ARTS (Mon) CRAFTS (Wed) and MUSIC (Fri). All people working in the creche are fully CRB checked and have plenty of experience with little ones.

If your little ones are over 2, they can join in our kids Yoga and Dance classes held at 4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays respectfully. Classes are drop-in and mums, dads, carers are welcome to join them in the room if you so wish.

Creche is £6 drop-in for the session, whilst Kids Yoga and Dance are £5 drop-in. Alternatively we offer a Kids membership at £40 for the month. This covers all creche and kids classes.

And don’t forget Mummy & Me Yoga on Thursday mornings at 10.30am with Emma. We have a nice little group coming on a regular basis, so many infact that we’re going to have to move into the big studio!
