YOGA INVERSIONS WORKSHOP

Experience the world from a different perspective and advance your yoga practice.

Practicing inversions will bring confidence, courage and strength to your yoga practice whilst simultaneously strengthening your core, opening your shoulders, regulating blood pressure and improving circulation. You will be presented with poses in a fun and safe environment, encouraging you to feel confident upside down and to overcome any internal fear.

A dynamic flow of preparatory poses and set the foundations for the inversions, you will then practice inversions including salamba sarvangasana - shoulderstand, Adho Mukha Vrksasana - handstand and Sirsasana - Headstand. There will be a focus on entry and exit into full poses and also variations to ensure that everyone can practice regardless of flexibility level and stage of practice.

This rewarding workshop is open to all except complete beginners - don’t miss it! The next date is the 23rd July at 7pm.
