DANCE

2nd Feb - Rihanna Lianne AT LONDON FIELDS

She can bump, she can grind, she can pull off points in style & who says you can’t learn too? This workshop is everything Rhianna: sexy, fun, hot & a lot of laughs. We’re going to mix it up so in this workshop you’ll learn 2 routines, 1 from her new album and 1 of her old songs. That way no matter where you are when you’re out you’re guaranteed to hear the song and rock out your routine!

4th Feb - 21st Century Man with Elliot

Join Elliot for a 2 hour workshop rocking out to the likes of Jt, Usher, Jason derulo etc… We’ve had a Britney season and a Beyonce season now it’s time to bring sexy back, here’s one for the guys!

9th Feb- Fierce Girls with Elkie AT LONDON FIELDS

This is an Elkie style dance workshop, a bit dirty, aggressive and definitely sexy. Want to dance like Beyonce, Janet Jackson or the Pussycat Dolls? All you need is the confidence and the ability to have fun! This workshop will bring out you inner diva. If you’re a regular at Frame then you know Elkie and so you what’s in store. If you don’t then all you need to know is you’re going to have fun, learn hot routines and come out feeling great!

11th Feb - Musical Theatre with Helena

Ever dreamed of treading the boards in Chicago, Mamma Mia or Cats? Join Helena for a 2 hour workshop learning fosse style jazz routines and musical theatre rep that captures the very essence of theatre dance in this high energy kick stepping, top tapping performance dance class and bring out your inner Roxy heart!  

16th Feb- Carnival with Helena AT LONDON FIELDS

It’s carnival in Rio and we’re heating things up. As it’s the week of the Rio carnival we thought we’d join in. Be prepared to sweat, dance and grind! Don’t worry guys the lovely people from Vita Coco will be on hand to help you stay hydrated! The best thing about carnival is the atmosphere and the non-stop dancing, the music will be loud, prepare to party!

18th Feb - Disco with Helena AT LONDON FIELDS

This workshop is a celebration of the cool NYC 70’s club scene and the disco moves and grooves that shaped the decade … Have some fun, learn a funky disco dance routine and join us in creating a flashmob at local Dalston Disco Midnight Love Affair - free entry for all attending the workshop on the night!

23rd Feb- Waacking with Nicola AT LONDON FIELDS

It’s disco week! As the flash mob is happening on the 24th we thought we’d give you the chance to get in the disco zone! Whether you’re taking part in the flash mob or not, this waacking workshop is going to be fun! You’ll learn the basic techniques, dance to disco music and play waacking games. It’s a great workout for your arms and something everyone must try at least once!

25th Feb - Black Swan with Rebecca AT LONDON FIELDS

This workshop is the perfect way to channel your inner black swan (well as long as you don’t go too deep – Natalie Portman style!) The classes will be set to the soundtrack of the film and will involve barre work, floor barre (core strength work) and will finish off with a simple routine to the dance of the Black Swan (the dance at the end of the movie).

25th Feb - Splits workshop with Rosie

So you used to play with Barbie as a kid, but thought nothing of her incredible physique and too-good-to-be-true flexibility? Whether you want to do the splits, or just become more supple and manage to touch your toes, this class is suitable for everyone focusing on; stretches to help you get into the splits.

YOGA

4th Feb- Basics with Naomi

BASICS - Designed to teach you the basic principles of yoga. hopefully this workshop will give you the confidence and knowledge so that you will be at the stage where you can easily join in an open class from our programme without getting left behind.

4th Feb - Funk the Budha with Rachel

Funk The Buddha is a a hip fusion of yoga and live Dj collaborations. The musical melodies to stretch and move to will all be home grown, club classics to dub step… even the golden oldies will pop up in there somewhere. Expect a hip holistic workout. Energising and inspiring you for the weekend to come with a heat building flow sequences to keep you strengthened and stretched. All levels are welcome. Please note this workshop is £20 for half members as well as drop ins and frame card holders.

11th Feb- Warrior Flow Yoga with Kim AT LONDON FIELDS

This workshop will mix up your yoga practice, with 2 hours inspired by the ancient traditions of Yoga, Martial Arts, Zen Meditation and the study of animal movement. If you love power or vinyasa flow yoga and want to see their evolutionary potential, this is the workshop for you. This workshop is a dynamic, high energy sequence designed to challenge your body, increasing overall flexibility, core strength and mental focus. All levels

18th Feb - Power from within the Core with Tammy

An emphasis on working the inner core stability of the body to truly strengthen from within. This will develop your practice because core strength is the secret foundation that will allow you to access many of the advanced poses. Become focused, grounded and centred.

26th Feb - Meditation, Relaxation and Breathing with Tammy

Learn and practice techniques that help you find your centre, replenish your energies, develop greater harmony between body and mind as well as quiet the restless chatter of the mind.
