YOGA CORE WORKSHOP - Strength from within
Work your way to a flat tummy the yoga way by getting in touch with your core. Core strength is vital on the yoga mat, it will enhance your practice, improve all yoga poses and protect you from injury. Finding a deep inner strength will support everything you do, on and off the mat.
You will be taken through a dynamic yoga flow that will focus on building strength in the abdominal region and show you how you can integrate core strength into all yoga poses so that every pose becomes a core strength pose. Please come prepared to work hard, to give your all for instant results.
This workshop is for all levels, beginner and advanced variations will be given so that everyone is challenged. See you there on 9th July.
