REFORMER PILATES COURSE

This 4-week course will take you through the basics of Pilates and specifically concentrate on utilising the Peak Pilates Reformer.

The next Reformer Pilates course at Frame is TBC. Cost £72.

In the meantime we are running beginner drop-in classes on Monday at 20:30 Tuesdays at 8.00 and 17:30 & 19:30, Wednesdays at 18:30, Thursdays at 19:30, Saturdays at 13:00 and Sundays at 14:00.

On the Reformer, you will be lead through a series of strengthening exercises using resistance from springs and pulleys, to create a lean and streamlined body. You will work up from the most basic of moves, through to some more advanced exercises as the course progresses. This course is limited to 7 people meaning that you’ll get all the individual attention you require from our highly qualified instructors.

After completing the 4-week course, you will be more than ready to join in any one of our open Reformer classes, which take place every day in the morning, at lunch and in the evening.
