DETOX ANONYMOUS

Hello my name’s Sarah, and I have eaten and drunk WAY too much over the Christmas period….

For all of us who plan to overindulge over the festive period, or who just know that no matter how hard we try we wont be able to prevent ourselves, we are putting on a 4-week detox course to help you feel like a normal person again (and a whole lot better we hope!)

Julia Alderman BSc, Dip ION mBANT has put together a special 4-week detox programme, which will be delivered through weekly ‘detox anonymous’ sessions. These 1 hour small group sessions will guide you through how to detox your body by avoiding and clearing toxins.

The weekly sessions will run on a Tuesday evening at 19.30 from the19th January, so book in now so that you know come January when you’re skint, you will have a way of undoing all the bad you have done over the festive period! The 4 week detox comes in at just £80, with exactly the same benefits as personal nutrition sessions which can be up to that for just 1 session!

From time to time our bodies feel congested and cry out for a much needed detox. Toxic overload causes many symptoms and in the longer term can slow down our body systems and functions, leading to exhaustion, premature ageing and degenerative disease.

The holistic detox plan and detox foods should leave you with increased health, energy and vitality. The detox programme could help to clear your symptoms, alleviate disease and prevent future problems. In addition, at the end of the detox diet you can expect to experience:

Clear and glowing skin
Weight loss
Better immunity
Improved mood

At each session, you will provided with a suggested meal plan for the week ahead, along with lists of foods to eat & avoid and tips on how to make the detox workable for you. There will be time for Q & A’s at the end of each session and Julia will be available on e-mail for any questions between session. Going through your detox as part of a small group will give you support through the days when all you want to do is grab a bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate, and add a fun element to the trauma that it abstaining!
