BEGINNER’S YOGA COURSE
A 6-week course designed to teach you the basic principles of yoga. The idea of the course is to get you to a stage where you can easily join in an open class from our varied programme without getting left behind.
This course is suitable for those who have done no yoga before, or for people who are looking to brush up their yoga skills because they have been a bit slack and not practised for a few days, weeks, months, years….
The next Beginner Yoga Course is 23rd January 2012 and will run 20:30-21:30.
The cost of the Beginner’s Yoga course is £68.

We are also running Basics Yoga Casses on Thursdays 17:30- 18:30.
As well as Beginner Friendly Drop-in class (Flow yoga) on Wednesday 19:30 - 20:30 and Fridays 10:30 - 11:30
