BEGINNER’S YOGA COURSE

A 6-week course designed to teach you the basic principles of yoga. The idea of the course is to get you to a stage where you can easily join in an open class from our varied programme without getting left behind.

The next Beginner Course is not currently scheduled, please contact the studio if you are interested. This course is suitable for those who have done no yoga before, or for people who are looking to brush up their yoga skills because they have been a bit slack and not practised for a few days, weeks, months, years….

The cost of the Beginner’s Yoga course is £68.

In the meantime, we are running a Beginner Friendly Drop-in class on Monday 1915, Tuesday 7am, Wednesday at 18.15 and Thursday at 7.30am & 18.30
