Short and Sweet. These classes involve a number of exercises performed for a minute each, on a vibrating platform, excellent for strengthening and toning muscles. 25 minutes is all the commitment required leaving you free to get on with your day. Classes are limited to 4 people to ensure you get all the individual attention you require.

Cardio Vibe

Tone your arms, abs and legs on the Vibrogym, and get your heart racing with sprints on the bike, skipping and bouncing on the rebounder. 30mins to blast your body back into shape.

Sweaty Vibe

Time to get your heart racing and push yourself a little harder. Added cardio and plyometric (jumping) exercises to help move that stubborn fat.

Ballet Vibe

Feel more at home with piles than squats? Not a fan of press-ups? Then ballet-vibe will help you tone every inch of your body without having to injure any of these ‘terrifying moves’!

Arse & Abs Vibe

Cheaper than a bum lift and tummy tuck!!! This class targets every muscle from your abs to your toes. With some added massage to help the ‘orange peel’ effect.
