Quick and simple classes lasting from only 25 minutes, in which you will be guided through a serious of static postures and dynamic movements, whilst in contact with a vibrating platform. The class is low impact and the postures are easily adapted to become easier or more challenging depending on your personal requirements, making these classes suitable for all levels. At Frame we use Vibrogym machines, the original Power Plate, and our classes are limited to 3 in size to make sure that our instructor can provide individual advice and tailor any exercises to your individual requirements.
The difference with vibration training to any other training is that all your muscles are stimulated at once, working to keep you stabilised on the platform. Your muscles will contract and relax involuntarily 30 - 50 times per second depending on the frequency and intensity selected, basically meaning you get the same benefits as a standard workout but in much less time. On top of standard vibration classes, Frame has devised the “tone & ride classes” mixing 20 minutes of cardio with 20 minutes of vibration training, to give the perfect total-body workout in 40 minutes, giving you more time to go out and get on with your life, feeling smug that you’ve done something good for yourself.
