SNOW-FIT VIBE
All the benefits of a standard Vibe class, but with a specific focus on those muscles that you’ll be using on the slopes, whether it’s ski-ing or boarding you’re into.
The 25 minute class will concentrate on the lower body and core, with exercises incorporating loads of squats, jumps, ankle stability and transfer of weight. The more of these classes you can fit in before your trip, the less your holidays will be haunted by gammy knees and aching thighs……… the hangover after the night before’s apres ski we can’t help with!!
