WHAT IS PILATES?

Pilates is a method exercise which teaches you how to use the correct muscles necessary for ideal posture and trunk stability, how to strengthen relatively weak muscles, lengthen short muscles and improve joint flexibility in natural fluid movements. It works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment.

WHERE TO FROM HERE?

Before you drop into the open classes at Frame, we suggest you take a private session or a couple of beginner classes first. These will both teach you the basic principles and preliminary movements of Pilates, which will give you a foundation to build on during subsequent classes. It is also an opportunity to discuss what you hope to achieve from doing Pilates and any health or injuries issues.

These are options available to getting started and moving into the open classes

1) Private Sessions 1 x 1hr session for £45 5 x 1hr sessions for £210 10 x 1hr sessions for £400

2) Group Sessions (See timetable for Beginner Class times)
Reformer - 1hr session for £18 per session (up to 5 ppl)

3) Courses
Beginner Reformer Course - 4 x 1hr session £72 (up to 5 ppl)
Beginner Mat Course - 6 x 1hr session for £68 (up to 9 ppl)

4) Pilates Packages/Offers
THE FULL MONTY - £250
Includes 5x privates (at time of your choice) & 5x group classes.
THE HALF MONTY - £125
Includes 2x privates (at time of your choice) & 3x group classes. PILATES BOOTCAMP - £180
