PILATES BOOTCAMP

The Pilates Bootcamp is the perfect way to introduce yourself to the world of Pilates and the Reformer. By following the intense 4 week programme, your body will become used to the exercises and you will start to see results, which can be maintained by continuing on 1 or 2 classes a week thereafter.

The Pilates Bootcamp runs for 4 weeks, and involves 3 x 60 minute sessions on the Pilates Reformer machine. You will get an all over body workout, but can choose to concentrate on specific “problem areas” if you want.

Reformer Pilates is great for creating long, lean & toned muscles, increasing strength and improving posture. Pilates really targets the core abdominal area, so is perfect for getting that flat tummy as well as perfectly toned arms and legs.

We run Pilates Reformer classes every morning, lunch and evening. The bootcamp includes Reformer Pilates, Pilates Apps, Aerobic Pilates and Beginner Pilates classes.

The course costs £168 and you pay and we suggest that you book in for all your classes upfront in order to secure places (option to alter bookings if spaces available).
