KICKSTART BOOTCAMP

So you’re feeling unfit and overweight and daunted at the idea of embarking on a fitness mission by yourself…mainly because it’s cold, wet and dark outside and you’re unsure you’ll have the motivation to keep it up.

Like it says on the tin….this bootcamp is designed to kickstart your fitness routine, providing motivating instructors taking a variety of fitness classes, to keep things interesting and fun. Kickstart is aimed at firming up your entire body, helping you to look & feel healthy and energised. We’re not going to lie to you, the first couple of weeks will be tough, but once you’re through this, we’re sure that the results you’ll see and feel will make the pain worthwhile!

WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE? 3 or 4 classes (depending on what you can commit to) a week for 6 weeks, working on your cardiovascular fitness along with muscle strength, power and endurance.

WHAT TO DO? Speak to Frame reception and we will help devise your fitness regime to whip you into shape. We will make it as easy as possible to fit the classes in around your schedule and work commitments.

Before you start, we will get you to stand on our spanky scales which will give you your weight, muscle mass, fat mass, water levels etc. down to the level of each specific limb, and then this will be repeated at the half way stage and the end of your bootcamp, giving hard proof of all your progress.

We have also joined up with Julia Alderman BSc, Dip ION mBANT who has put together a Kickstart Bootcamp Nutrition pack as the food you put in is just as important as what you burn off. The pack will include:

  • Foods to eat and those to avoid
  • What a well-balanced plate looks like
  • Tips to make eating healthily workable and practical
  • A 1-week healthy-eating plan guide

By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll be hooked, so hooked infact that we’re sure you’ll all be lining up to top up your Framecard and keep your classes up, because before you know it the sun will be out and you’ll be having to get those (now much leaner) limbs back out on display!

The cost of the 6 week Bootcamp is: £200 - for 3 classes a week + body composition analysis + nutrition plan. £250 - for 4 classes a week + body composition analysis + nutrition plan.
