EMERGENCY BOOTCAMP

Surprise surprise, all that talk of a new healthy living regime has seen better days and now you have hit panic mode to get yourself ready for winter holidays, wedding and parties! You’ve got only a couple of weeks to squeeze into a tiny bodycon dress and are prepared to do all it takes!

Never fear…FRAME is here. Our Emergency Bootcamp is designed to get you results in a short amount of time. 6x30 minute exercise sessions (3 Cardio Quickies & 3 Vibe) a week will help you say goodbye to those excess pounds and leave you feeling and looking great.

Additionally, we have joined up with Julia Alderman BSc, Dip ION mBANT, who has put together the Emergency Bootcamp Nutrition Pack to complement your exercise regime. This will include:

  • The diet principles
  • Foods to eat and those to avoid
  • Shopping list of foods to stock
  • A weight-loss meal plan guide

The Emergency Bootcamp is £100 for just the classes, or £150 for the classes, nutrition pack, and body composition analysis & measurements (at the start and end of the Bootcamp)

It’s obviously not ideal - a long-term healthy living plan is much better for you, but sometimes there just isn’t the time, we’re all prone to leaving things too late!

You can fit your classes in around your schedule - and choose to either ride or bound to get your cardio in! The sacrifices you make for the weeks will be well worth it once you step out the other side looking and feeling great!
