What thoughts do you conjure up when you think of a bootcamp? Shouting, Military uniforms, outdoors, mud, cold, regimented timetable, flouro bids, same old exercises, no showers, hurt, pain, dark, public places…this all adds up to not a lot of fun in our books. In short, this is everything that a Frame bootcamp is not. At Frame bootcamps are all about flexibility, variety of classes and teachers, being indoors away from the rain, hot showers, good music and like minded people with similar goals…FRAME is a military free zone and no public shame.

Here at Frame we would like to consider ourselves the ‘HOME OF THE INDOOR BOOTCAMP’ but fearing that this makes us sound a little bit wanky, we’ll just stick with telling you that we have a great selection of bootcamps, so there should be one to suit everyone no matter what your goals, timescales and budget!

So why choose a bootcamp?

The little bit of extra motivation to get your arse into gear, helping you to lose weight, tone up and generally feel better about yourself. All you have to do is turn up and we tell you what to do!

With no long-term commitment or contracts to tie you in, tiny prices when compared to that of a personal trainer, and a hell of a lot more fun to be had than from slogging it out on the treadmill, what’s there NOT to LOVE?!
