FAQs

What should I wear?

You should always wear loose, comfortable clothing. If your going for the morbidly depressed teenager look (we’re looking at you freaky Camden kids) try black tights rather than black stovepies, they will help you flex. If you’re going for the I-wish-I-was-born-in-the-80’s look (we’re looking at you weird Brick Lane girls) that’s cool, just make sure your blue and glittery eyeshadow wont run when you sweat. Trainers or dance shoes are required for most fitness and dance classes, but not for yoga, Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes. It is your choice whether or not to wear shoes for vibration classes. We have clip-on pedals if you wish to bring cycle shoes for your cycle class.
